Spring Release 2012

Throughout 2012, we have a goal here at ChannelAdvisor—create a better platform for customers by improving our solutions and opening up new channels of demand. Our 2012 Spring Release supports that goal with new products and upgrades to our existing platform.
Facebook Campaigns
Branding is a lot more than slick marketing collateral and ads, it’s fostering a strong, omni-channel presence across all channels. With ChannelAdvisor Facebook Campaigns you can quickly and easily surface select products on Facebook—and to the loyal fans that follow you there—and do so in a way that is streamlined and consistent with how your products and brand are presented on other e-commerce channels.
Flex Feeds
Flex Feeds make it incredibly easy for you to send completely customized product data feeds to satisfy the needs of virtually any commerce partner that requires it. Whether it’s an affiliate network, retargeting provider, personalization solution, product review platform or others-you’ll have complete control over the feeds you send, and visibility into their performance.
Rich Media
With ChannelAdvisor’s newly revamped Rich Media solution, what you see is what you get. Not only will your customers be completely sold on your products with your enhanced visuals, but our latest Rich Media features are all that you require to manage your media images easily. Nothing more, nothing less. Our software offers the exact features you need to wow shoppers without overly complex processes.
Support for Newegg and Sears
Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces such as Buy.com, Newegg and Sears account for 27% of all online retail sales, and that number continues to grow. ChannelAdvisor’s extended support for new marketplaces such as Newegg and Sears presents retailers with more demand to drive sales.
eBay 360
The newly developed eBay 360 dashboard helps retailers focus on improving their seller reputations and becoming more successful on eBay by providing key information on your sales, top-performing products, orders past shipment date and product-listing statuses.
Amazon
The 2012 Spring Release includes Amazon Multimatch. Amazon maintains a single listing for a product, and retailers need to either match this listing or have a unique enough product that it requires its own listing, or else they risk a listing error. ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon Multimatch feature helps sellers match their products by showing images of the actual products that Amazon wants to match it with, allowing retailers to easily select the appropriate product and avoid costly listing errors. This release also includes support for Amazon Canada, and repricer enhancements offering more visibility into repricing metrics in the Amazon 360 dashboard.
