Scot Wingo Executive Chairman, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder
Scot sets the strategic direction for the company, and works closely with the management team to align product direction with market trends. He is an industry thought leader, contributing regularly to several ChannelAdvisor blogs and speaking often at industry events.
Scot received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Computer Engineering degree from North Carolina State University.
Scot has received numerous awards including Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Triangle Business Journal’s Businessperson of the Year.
David Spitz CEO and Board Member
David is responsible for leading the company in its mission to provide retailers and branded manufacturers with the software and services needed to successfully sell their products via online sales channels.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor, David founded and successfully exited multiple venture-backed software companies. He was most recently an entrepreneur-in-residence at the Aurora Funds, a venture capital firm with more than $200 million under management. Prior to Aurora, David was president of Avesair, a mobile marketing company that was acquired by Inphonic. Previous to Avesair, David was co-founder and CTO of Netsation, a network management software company acquired by Nortel Networks.
David received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
David was awarded the Triangle Business Journal’s 2010 CFO of the Year Award. In 2008, he received the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 award. David has also been awarded four U.S. patents. He has been a chairman of the board for the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics Foundation as well as for the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development.
Diana Allen Vice President and General Counsel
Diana oversees worldwide legal functions, including regulatory compliance, commercial affairs, M&A, litigation and intellectual property management.
Diana previously served as associate general counsel, assistant secretary and compliance director for Cree, Inc., a leading innovator of lighting-class LED products, lighting products and semiconductor products for power and radio-frequency applications. Prior to joining Cree in 2005, she was a corporate attorney with Helms Mulliss & Wicker, PLLC, a Raleigh, North Carolina law firm (formerly part of Smith Helms Mulliss & Moore LLP).
Diana received a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from Columbia College at Columbia University and a Juris Doctor with high honors from Duke University School of Law.
She serves on the board of directors of OnBoardNC (an organization working to increase the representation of qualified women on corporate boards) and the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a section council member for the North Carolina Bar Association, International Law Section. In 2015, Diana received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business award.
Josh Christie Vice President, Engineering
Josh leads the global engineering organisation responsible for ChannelAdvisor’s highly scalable software as a service (SaaS) platform. In this role, he works closely with partners, customers and product management to deliver innovative solutions to complex e-commerce challenges.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor in 2006, Josh was a software design engineer at Microsoft and an early member of the team that created Visual Studio Team System.
Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both with highest honors, from North Carolina State University where he was a Park Scholar.
In 2015, Josh received the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 award. Josh has been granted two patents in the areas of distributed version control and e-commerce taxonomy data.
Paul Colucci Vice President of Sales, Americas
Paul oversees all sales efforts for the Americas, driving a clear focus on growth through the execution of the company sales strategy. He is responsible for generating new business and extending client relationships across the e-commerce industry and across international markets. Paul works with the largest online retailers and consumer brand manufacturers in the world to provide all of ChannelAdvisor’s current solutions.
Paul has more than 20 years of sales, product development and executive management experience with both start-up and established technology companies such as Venda, Thomson and Profound. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor in 2008, Paul acted as an executive partner for Iconitel Consulting Services and President of Accolade Concepts, a marketing consulting services company. Paul started his career with Northwestern Mutual.
Paul received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University.
Richard Cornetta Chief Financial Officer
Richard oversees global financial operations and strategy for the company. He manages all accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax and cash management operations, financial planning and analysis, long-term strategic planning and investor relations.
Richard previously served as ChannelAdvisor’s Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer from November 2015 until May 2019 and served as ChannelAdvisor’s Controller from September 2013 to November 2015. Previous to ChannelAdvisor, Richard was employed by Dex Media, Inc., a public company providing local marketing solutions, as the director of financial reporting and accounting. Prior to Dex Media, Inc., he served as senior financial reporting analyst at UST Inc., and as a senior accountant with Ernst & Young.
Richard received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Iona College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Richard is also a graduate of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh program.
Paul Forte Chief Revenue Officer
As ChannelAdvisor’s Chief Revenue Officer, Paul oversees the development and execution of the company’s global sales strategy including responsibility for customer acquisition, expansion and retention, as well as business development and sales engineering.
Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Paul served as Executive Vice President, North American sales for Monster Worldwide (acquired by Randstad Holdings) where he managed the sale of all Monster products throughout a multi-channel network, including a 900-person direct sales force. Before Monster, Paul was Chief Sales Officer at Automic Software, where he led global sales, distribution, and customer success and was part of the core leadership team reporting to the CEO.
Forte also held various sales leadership positions of increasing responsibility and scope over the course of eight years at IBM, including leading IBM’s then-largest software brand in North America, Information Management. He came to IBM through the acquisition of Ascential Software Corporation in May 2005. Prior to Ascential, Paul served in various sales and sales leadership roles at PTC, eCredit and Nalco Chemical Company. In addition to his civilian tenure, Paul began his career as a US Army officer serving in a variety of staff and leadership positions including service during Operations Desert Shield and Storm.
Paul holds a MBA from the University of Michigan — Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MSA from Central Michigan University and a BA in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire.
Amy Robertson Vice President and Chief People Officer
Amy is responsible for global HR management, operations and recruiting. With more than 19 years of benefit, compensation, and HR technology experience, Amy leads ChannelAdvisor’s global human resources team to hire and develop top talent for the company.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Amy served as vice president, global total rewards, people systems and operations at RedHat where she managed HR operations, technology, compensation, benefits, recognition, global expansion and compliance, among other responsibilities.
Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
Beth Segovia Vice President, Services
Beth leads ChannelAdvisor’s global services team, including launch, technical support, account management, and managed services. These customer-facing teams provide technical support, industry expertise and consultative services to help clients achieve their commerce objectives. Her teams actively focus on understanding and improving the customer experience for ChannelAdvisor clients.
Beth has two decades of experience in customer-facing roles spanning supply chain, marketing, sales operations and services at Lenovo and IBM. Most recently she was responsible for services enablement, product management, and marketing as well as implementing both corporate and services specific customer experience programs at Lenovo. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years building out customer-facing account management and operations support for Lenovo and IBM’s largest global customers. She is a passionate customer advocate and customer experience architect who develops solutions to add value and resolve pain points.
Outside of work, Beth serves on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Triangle, a non-profit which serves unemployed women in the Triangle, empowering them to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools.
Beth received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a Masters of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
In 2019, Beth received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business award.
Mike Shapaker Chief Marketing Officer
Mike oversees ChannelAdvisor’s worldwide marketing initiatives, including corporate and product branding, demand generation,digital marketing, public relations, thought leadership and event management.
Previously, he oversaw a number of ChannelAdvisor solutions, including Where to Buy, Product Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics and before that, he served as the vice president and managing director, EMEA for ChannelAdvisor, where he was responsible for developing the company’s local strategy and direction for growth.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Mike held leadership roles in product management and marketing at Nortel Networks and TheraSim. Mike began his career as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Mark Vandegrift Vice President, Product Management
Mark is responsible for overseeing ChannelAdvisor’s solutions, helping brands and retailers worldwide improve their online performance by expanding sales channels, connecting with consumers around the world, optimizing their operations for peak performance and providing actionable analytics to improve competitiveness. Mark oversees the solutions that thousands of customers depend on to securely power their sales and optimize fulfillment on channels such as Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Google, Walmart and hundreds more.
Mark has been with ChannelAdvisor nearly since its beginning. Previously he served as director of cross-border trade and director of services and before that, he served as the director of business development, managing strategic partnerships and exploring new business opportunities that benefit brands and retailers across ChannelAdvisor’s supported e-commerce channels.
Mark received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Link Walls Vice President, Digital Marketing Strategy
Link is responsible for ChannelAdvisor’s Digital Marketing Strategy, serving as a strategic consultant to prospects and customers, helping them with the strategy and solutions needed to successfully advertise their products online.
Link is a digital marketing and e-commerce thought leader who often speaks at industry events and regularly contributes to ChannelAdvisor’s blog. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor in 2005, he managed online marketing for Art.com, an online retailer. Previous to Art.com, Link worked as a management consultant helping companies in finance, strategy and organisational design.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
